Strong Schools. Strong Community.

Serving almost 17,000 students across 21 buildings, Lawrence is a residential suburban community of 95,000+ and home to Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park and Geist Reservoir. With families from widely diverse cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds, the Lawrence community values and embraces diversity as one of its greatest strengths.

Returning Student Verification Process

The Returning Student Verification Process (RSVP) is a paperless online verification of a student’s return for the next school year. This process must be completed for each student enrolled in the district and returning for the 2026-2027 school year.

Early Childhood Enrollment

Home to four NAEYC accredited Early Learning Centers (ELCs) and three Dual Language elementary schools housing early childhood programming, the district is a longtime leader in early childhood education.

Summer Learning Academy

Summer Learning Academy (June 8-25, 2026) is the MSD of Lawerence Township's no-cost summer program. The program is intended for students entering grades one through eight in fall of 2026 and will be housed at elementary and middle school buildings. Students will attend at the school where they are assigned for the 2026-2027 school year.
