    • Is the Chromebook/iPad damaged or non-functioning?
    • Can the student log in to the device and core applications (e.g., Cavnas, Zoom, SeeSaw)?

    • Forward virtual/hybrid student calls here first (from the school-based phone line).
    • Staff answering these calls will focus on issues resolvable remotely.
