New Construction and Site Development - Lawrence Education & Community Center
MSD of Lawrence Township is seeking Construction Manager Contractor to help with a New Lawrence Education and Community Center on Fort Harrison. Below is an RFP for the project. MSDLT is seeing proposals that will allow our teams to select a firm that will help design and build this new facility. We seek innovation and creative ideas with a cost effective and highly collaborative approach that will enhance the Fort area.
All presentation material is due at the requested time. Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with five hard copies.
The deadline for submission of project proposals is March 3, 2023 @ 2:00 pm @ 6501 Sunnyside Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46236. Attention: Rodger Smith.
