2026 Indiana Department of Education Internet Safety Series

The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) has developed a collection of internet safety resources for parents, families, and educators designed to help students navigate today’s increasingly complex digital world.

Through the 2026 Internet Safety Series, families and educators can access resources and expert-led workshop recordings covering topics such as critical thinking, AI and deepfakes, cyberbullying, digital ethics, online gaming and communication, protecting digital identities, and recognizing harmful or deceptive online content.

The resources are designed to help adults (educators & parents) support students in thinking critically about online information, recognizing digital deception, responding appropriately to harmful online behavior, and protecting themselves online.
